Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a paid Nexodys plan. As our tools are still in development, there is nothing to cancel yet; this describes how cancellation will work once paid plans are live.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You will be able to cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges.

2. Access after cancellation

When you cancel, your plan generally remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, the plan will not renew and paid features will stop.

3. No lock-in

We do not use long-term lock-in contracts for standard plans. You are free to stop using Nexodys tools whenever you choose.

4. Refunds on cancellation

Cancelling stops future billing. Whether a past charge is refundable is covered separately by our Refund Policy.
