Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an order and how access ends. The Storyweave pass is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription.

1. No recurring billing

Because the Storyweave pass is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription and no recurring charge to cancel. You will not be billed again automatically.

2. Cancelling before delivery

If you have paid but we have not yet delivered your access, email us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. When access ends

Your access runs for the length of the pass and then simply expires. To continue afterwards, you can purchase a new pass.

4. Stopping use

You can stop using Nexodys tools at any time.

5. Refunds

Whether a past charge can be refunded is covered by our Refund Policy.
