1. About Nexodys

Nexodys designs and provides lightweight software tools. Our offerings are digital online software services only — not a payment, banking, or money-handling service — and we do not hold, transfer, or manage funds for users.

2. Our tools

Storyweave, an AI writing assistant, is available now as a paid software tool. We are developing additional tools and will list them on this website as they launch. Descriptions of tools that have not yet been released are for information only and may change.

3. Purchases and access

Storyweave is sold as a one-time purchase that grants a time-limited access pass (currently 12 months). Payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, which accepts major cards.

After payment, we set up your access and email your sign-in details to the email address used at checkout, normally within 24 hours. The pass does not renew automatically; access ends when the term expires unless you purchase again.

4. Using the writing tool

You are responsible for the content you create with our tools and for using them lawfully. AI-assisted output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and should be reviewed before you rely on or publish it. We do not claim ownership of the content you create, and we do not promise any specific result from using the tool.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and tools lawfully and not to misuse them — for example by attempting to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, infringe others' rights, or generate or distribute unlawful content.

6. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

7. Intellectual property

The Nexodys name, website, and software are owned by Nexodys or its licensors. You may use the tools for their intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our software except as allowed by law.

8. Service availability

We work to keep our tools available and reliable, but we provide them "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise any specific business or creative outcome from using our tools.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexodys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as our tools develop. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
