Nexodys builds lightweight software tools. Our first tool is Storyweave, an AI writing assistant. In this policy, "Nexodys", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of nexodys.com.

Information you give us. When you contact us or join a list, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Order and payment information. When you buy a Storyweave pass, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. We receive your email address and basic order information — such as the product purchased, amount, and payment status — so we can deliver your access and provide support.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to deliver and support the tools you buy, to reply to you, and to improve our website and tools. We use technical logs to operate and protect the site.

This website uses minimal local storage to remember your language preference. It does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

5. Sharing and service providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate — including Stripe for payment processing, our website host, and our email provider. They only process data on our behalf and to the extent needed to provide their service. We do not share your information with advertisers.
